Logging in should take about ten seconds when everything is correct. This guide keeps it that simple — while making sure you do it on the genuine site and keep your account secure.
Before you start
Have these three things ready and the whole process is painless:
- The registered mobile number (or email) tied to your account.
- Your password, or access to the number for a one-time code.
- A stable internet connection — most login failures are just weak signal.
How to log in
- 1
Open the genuine site or app
Use your bookmark or the installed app — never a link from a message or advert.
- 2
Tap “Login”
You’ll find it on the home screen, usually top-right or centre.
- 3
Enter your mobile number
Type the registered number carefully, with the correct country code if asked.
- 4
Enter your password or request a code
Use your password, or choose the one-time code option to receive an OTP by SMS.
- 5
Submit and reach your dashboard
When details match, you’re signed in within seconds.
Browser vs app
You can usually sign in through either a mobile browser or the installed app, and the steps are essentially identical. The app can be more convenient and remembers your session; the browser needs nothing installed. Pick whichever suits you — the security advice below applies to both.
Your login ID and OTP
On most of these platforms there is no separate username to remember: your registered mobile number is your login ID, paired with either a password or a one-time code (OTP) sent by SMS. The OTP route is handy when you have forgotten your password — it usually arrives within a few seconds on a normal connection.
- Enter the mobile number exactly as you registered it, with the correct country code if asked.
- An OTP is single-use and short-lived — request a fresh one if it expires.
- If a “stay signed in” option is offered and you are on your own device, ticking it saves re-entering details each time. Avoid it on shared or public devices.
Recovering an older account
If you previously used an account and now see “account not found”, don’t create a second one — duplicate accounts often cause withdrawal problems later. Try signing in with your original mobile number using the OTP option first, since that works even if you have forgotten the password. If it still can’t find the account, contact official support through the genuine website with the number and rough date you first registered, rather than trusting any third-party “recovery” service.
Staying safe
- Use a strong, unique password you don’t reuse anywhere else.
- Turn on any extra verification the platform offers.
- Never share a one-time code — no genuine support team will ask for it.
- Avoid logging in on shared or public devices; if you must, log out fully afterwards.

If login fails
Most sign-in problems come down to a handful of causes — a wrong password, an unverified account, weak signal, or an outdated app. Our troubleshooting guide works through each fix in order, and if you have forgotten your password, the reset guide has you covered.
